The #LaureusSummitSA came to an end last week with Coolplay staff Denis Handley and Luqmaan Ismail taking an active involvement. The objectives behind these Summits are to bring together the network of Laureus programmes and provide a platform for networking, training, knowledge sharing and ultimately ensure that a best practice environment is in place for all to benefit from. 25 projects were represented, as well as at least 10 Laureus Ambassadors, Trustees and staff from Mercedes-Benz South Africa.

Luq and Denis heard an inspiring Leadership panel which sported SA greats like Corne Krige, Shaun Pollock, Zanele Mdodana, Ntami Ravele and our Chairman, Morne du Plessis. They also participated in discussions focused around sustainability, and took part in a focus group and panel discussion. Everyone left the Summit feeling motivated, reenergised, focused and most importantly with the common goal in mind #SportForGood.
