Sarepta High School didn’t have a rugby team just over a year ago. Fast forward a year, to Bellville this week, where CoolPlay’s Sarepta High U16’s were being lifted in the lineout by their heroes, the DHL Stormers. Thanks to Laureus and The Dan Nicholl Show, our young players were treated to a personal training session with Cape Town’s finest – with pods of players performing drills with our boys.

The stand out moment, however, was not an act of rugby – it was an act of giving. Siya Kolisi, pictured below, embodied the heart of CoolPlay’s coaching philosophy, by handing out personal gifts to the players – by a simple act of service, he exhibited the type of character, team work and mutual respect that we coach to our players every day.
